As AMaths is part of the Maths/Science group, you should be able to use it in place of your EMaths (assuming that one .... choy choy choy!!!) for your L1R5.

You mean you actually sketched out the velocity graphs for P and Q (which is non-linear) and obtained the expressions for their distances without integrating?
@weijie: Unfortunately this year's Kinematics question seems to structured in a rather evil manner, as if you got your velocity expressions in (i) wrong, then you'll be integrating the wrong expressions in (ii) and consequently affecting your answers and workings in (iii) and (iv).
As Miss Loi has advocated many times, aim for at least 85% for A-Maths and 90% for E-Maths in general to get an A1.
And since this year's AMaths paper appears to be of similar level of difficulty compared to last year's, the above should more or less stand. But until the day students decide to hold mass demonstrations at Buona Vista to "demand the truth" from the MOE, no one will ever really know 😛

Hey guys, I took the Os in 2008. For E-Math, just be sure to get at least 85% and you should be fine. I think I screwed up my A-Math and got maybe 75% but still got an A2 in the end. The killer is Chemistry; if the papers are too easy you will be relying on your SPAs and to a lesser extent, the MCQ to get you your A. I remember doing almost everything correctly for the papers but only got a B3. Most people tend to slack during MCQ, so hope for that.
