A Pain In The Neck

(12)
Posted at 5:02 pm by Miss Loi in Miss Loi's Exam Papers

Writing (NOT copying) wicked exam papers that are lethal enough to puncture many a bragging student’s ego can literally be a pain in the neck (and back).

As the world edges ever closer to the imminent release of her 2008 Exam Papers, this is the aftermath (or what’s left) of Miss Loi’s neck (complete with white campaign ribbons) after weeks of valiant overtime and skipping meals and losing weight at The Temple.

Miss Loi's Neck circa Jan 2008
Ouuuuuch … *sob*

The situation is not helped afterwards by an irritating therapist who kept reminding “Half-hour session is too rushed!” at least four times throughout her half-hour session. :(

Anyone with a good massage outlet near Novena to recommend?

Maybe Miss Loi should just focus on improving her sitting posture first.

がんばって!!!

Blabberer, you wanna donate a sofa-bed to The Temple? Throw in a couple of Tempur pillows as well?

Guaranteed no more koyok and neck pain to its poor inhabitant.

FoxTwo + HAM, Miss Loi forgot to mention that she doesn't like to be massaged by men. Very painful!

Imp, one day Miss Loi shall blog about her swimming abilities (or the lack of it). You must be wondering how on earth did she pass her OWD (and AOWD too!)

Bypasser, umm ... so Miss Loi reckons you're into bandaged necks? :P

    hey Ms Loi,

how do i sign up for your courses? I get very confused. I'm very weak in maths and hope to get help : ) I know practice make things better but I get confused with logarithms and stuffs related to A Math. I'm in sec 3 this year.

    Yulki : )

    Hey Yulki,

Don't worry - you're not the only one feeling this way as A-Maths can be a bit of a culture shock to many making the transition from Sec 2 to Sec 3.

Time is still on your side and often it's just a matter of overcoming this 'settling down' period and eventually getting the hang of it.

As for Miss Loi's joss sticks sessions, let's first discuss your case over the phone shall we? :D

While I may have offered to "fix your neck", nowhere did I mention it'll be done by a male person... thou assumeth too much ... :p

Gong Xi Fa Cai!! Xin Nian Kuai Le!!

May you have great wealth, good health and abundant joy in the Rat year!!

You certainly need a good neck massage. My therapist is a strong male but you can choose from several pretty ladies. hehe... the Chinese clinic is in Eunos.

ECL 恭喜发财 & 新年快乐 & 生意兴隆 & 财源广进 to you too!

Possible to reveal the clinic address? Might drop by if happen to have tuition in the vicinity. Probably have to settle for the pretty ladies then - (too) 'strong male' might make Miss Loi cry T_T.
