It’s midnight and a hardworking Miss Loi remained behind at The Temple to mark her student’s homework. A sudden cold chill swept through the air, as the sound of someone knocking on the door unsettled the deafening silence of the night. Miss Loi went outside and was startled to find a tall, expressionless man at her doorway, dressed in traditional Chinese costume.
It’s that time of the year again, when we’re all gently reminded of who actually represents the noble interests of the residents in our respective constituencies, as Miss Loi stands face to face with the MP of Novena for the first time. However, she swears that she has seen his charismatic face somewhere before …
One by one they rose from their lethargic slumber, abandoning their morning cup of kopi-si, computer games, and crying babies as they sought to discover the location of The Temple via googling terms like “miss celine loi joss sticks”, “straits times super tutors”, “exam paper loi”, “joss sticks tuition center”, “ms loi tuition temple”, “miss lot temple”, “ms loi the last minute buddha”, “jade seah sexy” and “charles and keith shoes membership”.
Miss Loi was kindly invited by Omy.sg to the Gala Premiere of Money No Enough 2. But the novelty of attending this premiere screening was negated by the fact that Miss Loi is now nursing a terrible neck ache after staring at hugely deformed faces of Jack Neo, Mark Lee and 辉哥 for over two hours.
